This position be responsible for driving Operations efficiency improvement in the Company. This position will also coordinate and supervise activities required to meet our quality standards. This position will coorindate all activities involved in maintaining our ISO 9001:2015 certification, which will include performing and being involved in ISO Audits.

  • Implement permanent operational efficiency improvement projects

  • Ensure Quality Control excellence in all field services through a focus on identifying needs for standardization and continuous improvement

  • Develop and implement strategies, procedures, and policies to ensure each operational center consistently complies with Company policies, procedures, and protocols.

  • Ensure ISO Certification is renewed every year. This will include, managing all of the required documentation, communication of the program, setting up the Internal and External ISO audits, understanding the needs of the external parties, establisth objectives, manage Non-Conformities and Corrective actions.

  • Establish and continuous improve the QMS system; ensure the QMS conforms to the requirements of this International Standard.

  • Ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.

  • Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on-going opportunities for improvement in particular to, top management.

Required Skills

  • Computer skills – Comprehensive knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint

  • Multitasking – Ability to successfully drive multiple, complex tasks

  • Interpersonal skills – proven ability to work with all levels within an organization from field personnel to senior management

  • Excellent written & verbal business communication skills – ability to convey message/training clearly and precisely

Required Experience

  • BS in Management or Engineering

  • Special License/Certification
