Key Characteristics
● Skills in basic computer use
Duties & Responsibilities
● Compile data from all testing and analysis of samples
● Design and execute laboratory testing
● Observe and interpret analytical data
● Record and manage all laboratory data
● Organize and store all laboratory chemicals
● Prepare reports as required based on findings and in required time frame
● Other duties as assigne
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Preferred:
● Ability to use a variety of laboratory equipment and chemicals
● Knowledge of laboratory standards and regulations
● Knowledge of proper laboratory analytical testing methods for wastewater samples
● Knowledge of, and ability to comply with safety regulations and standards
● Knowledge of standard laboratory principles, techniques, equipment and materials
Education & Experience
Required:
● A diploma or Associate degree in Science
● At least three (3) years work experience
Working Conditions
● Frequent walking, standing, stooping, bending, crawling and climbing of unusual heights.
● Incumbents will be required to lift, carry, push and/or pull moderate to heavy amounts of weight.
