Responsible to assist the IT Applications Director with the overall management and operations of the IT department. Primarily focused on managing the configuration of Oracle E-Business Suite to meet the goals and strategies of the business. Works directly with internal customers to set the strategy and plans for advancement of the EBS and IT System Integrations.

  • Manage the Technical and Functional work activities of direct reports and external consultants

  • Manage, Configure and Report on Oracle related projects.

  • Lead software configuration and development of the Oracle E-Business Suite (Financials, Supply Chain, CRM tracks of EBS such as Oracle Projects , Procurement, Order Management, Service, OTL, Inventory/BOM/WIP etc..)

  • Lead and re configure implementation of new modules and/or functionality

  • Assist in crafting policies and procedures for the IT department.

  • Help build Knowledge Repository for IT

  • Lead and assist the gathering of end user requirements

  • Assist in System audits.

  • Assist the Applications Director in the overall management and leadership of the IT department.

  • A Strong Techno Functional with Project Management Experience

  • Drives the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives.

  • Manages the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues.

  • Advanced ability to identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action plans.

Required Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Oracle PL/SQL expertise, RICE Objects and Personalization, Discoverer.

  • At least 5 years Oracle E-Business Suite (r12) experience covering Financials, Projects and Service modules,

  • Experience with APEX, SOA, Mobile Apps and web services is a plus

  • Ability to navigate due to changing priorities and work in fluid environment

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required with preferred concentration in computer science or management information systems.

  • Minimum of ten (10) years successful IT experience with at least three (3) years of project management and leadership experience.
